Qualcomm Snapdragon Introduces budget 5G processor : Snapdragon 480
Snapdragon has introduced a budget 5G Soc, Snapdragon 480. Which is expected to be used for budget smartphones of under 15000 INR (200 USD). As MediaTek has announced a lot of budget segment 5G processors in its Dimensity lineup and working on its production very heavily. That's why Snapdragon also started working on these budget 5G processors to be in the competition.
The Snapdragon 480 is said to be double processing speed in comparison to the Snapdragon 460 4G processor. This processor will be supporting a 120Hz display, but most of the smartphones in the budget range will be with a 90Hz display, in the future.
These things signify that, at the end of 2021, most of the smartphones launching will be 5G in any price range.
