Recently Oppo has showcased its rollable smartphone Oppo X, and its working concept. Probably this smartphone will be the first smartphone with a rollable screen. This smartphone's exact launch date is still not announced by the company.

For now, these types of smartphones are definitely not for regular use. Yes as the Samsung fold 2 is a usable smartphone nowadays, but it's been usable after the improvements because the Samsung fold 1 was a terrible smartphone in terms of usage. 

This smartphone has a different technology than the fold one. But, as technology is developing very fastly, we will definitely use these types of smartphones in the future.

Oppo is working very aggressively on foldable and rollable smartphones, recently oppo has showcased a foldable 'Slide phone' with Nendo.

Expected price

This smartphone is expected to be launched with a price tag of 1,35,000 INR (1830 USD).

Expected launch date

There are no leaks or any official news about the launch of Oppo X (the rollable smartphone), but it is expected to be launched in the second half of 2021.
